Mike Borghese

Mike came to Spring Creek Baptist in 2015. He has 10 years experience as a pastor.  Having served in numerous area of ministry in the local church, Mike's passion has always been for helping others come to a full understanding of scripture and how to make it applicable to their lives, Having grown up as a bio kid in a foster home, he is passionate serving the fostering community following the commands of scripture by taking care of the modern day orphan.  Mike is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with Master's of Divinity.

Mike and his wife Erin of 18 years have 5 kids.  As a former collegiate 2 sport athlete, Mike can be found on field somewhere on a field coaching his kids and loves watching football.  He asks you to pray for him to see the light and embrace a new favorite team since he is a Patriots fan having grown up in New England.  Mike is an avid hiker and board game enthusiast who is always looking to challenge someone to a game of Catan.
